Man, we're really bad at updating this thing. My apologies. Let's see...updates...okay, June 4th we played what was supposed to be our final show with The Strange Boys from Austin. Now THOSE guys are fucking cool. Hung out a bit after the show and Ryan gave us the van copy of the new Shannon & The Clams album (which is fucking amazing) which Zeb and I listened to at his house the morning after.
We also released our EP that day. It's called Wipeout. It has five songs on it which you've probably seen us play at our shows. We made 50 copies of it on CD and sold most of them at the show. Since then all the copies have sold so we are out. However, you can download the EP for free from our Bandcamp page or our Soundcloud page, but if you get it from Bandcamp, you will also get a nice big Jpeg of the album art. (for those of you who are very particular about keeping album art on your iPod. I know I am.)
As of today, Zeb and I are working on new material. We have a couple of new ideas we've been working with which I'm really excited about. Here's somewhat of a hint:
Also, we're moving from blogspot to Tumblr. This place is boring.
Follow our Tumblr here.
More updates to come!

Recording
We're really bad at keeping this thing updated so I'm going to try and bring you up to speed on everything that's happened.
We've played a bunch of shows with a bunch of bands. At our last show we followed Julianna Barwick; now THAT was cool.
The big update now is that we're finally recording our first 'release'. We're working with Andy Pena from Dignan. We just laid down a majority of everything last night. It's been pretty damn fun so far. Andy's a great dude who knows what he's doing, I got to use his guitar, Zeb and I picked up this really wacky-looking beer called 'Lobotomy Bock' which turned out to be pretty good. All in all it was a great night and I can't wait for you all to hear the way it's going to come out. I'll be posting pictures and videos from the 'studio' in a bit.

Someone blogged about us!
Someone blogged about us!
Ost Berlin on Tumblr wrote a blurb about us and posted "You Called".
Check it out if you haven't. There's a lot of great stuff posted on there. Ex: Personal & The Pizzas. Great stuff.

Second show tonight! Should be a lot of fun!

You Called
We (Zeb and myself) had so much fun playing our first show this past Saturday at Ambrosia in McAllen, Texas. Air Waves had a great set and so did Sick/Sea!
Our next show is next Tuesday at Simon Sez in McAllen, Texas. We're playing with Deep Woods (awesome) and The Scarlet Effect.
This is our first complete recording. It's called "You Called". More to come.
Jungle Bodies - You Called
Hope you like it,

First recording.
This is our first song. It's working title is "Underwater". No lyrics yet, but this is us. Enjoy.
Our first official show will be February 12th at Ambrosia Coffee Shop in McAllen, TX. We'll be opening up for Air Waves!
We might also have an unofficial show a little over a week prior that at the McAllen Art Walk on February 4th. We might be playing with The Beast and The Randys.
That's all for now.
Andres
